Prepare ingredients, complete mise en place, cook and plate pizzas to standard recipes, ensuring quality, portioning, presentation and service timing.

책임

  • Prepare ingredients according to restaurant portions and standards
  • Check the quality of incoming ingredients
  • Complete mise en place for each dish
  • Cook dishes according to standard pizza recipes
  • Ensure food quality, portioning and presentation
  • Control ticket and service times
  • Check dishes before service
  • Follow kitchen procedures and coordinate with related teams
  • Handle situations during peak hours
  • Keep the kitchen clean and complete end-of-shift cleaning
  • Follow food hygiene and safety requirements
  • Store ingredients according to FIFO procedures.

요구사항

  • Able to work rotating shifts: morning 10:00–18:30; afternoon 13:30–22:00; split shift 10:00–14:00 & 18:30–22:30 (with allowance)
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of Italian culinary traditions, especially the art of pizza making
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining high quality standards
  • Able to rotate between two branches: 28 Thao Dien Alley and 08 Ta Hien
